Circle of Excellence
The Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors® is currently accepting applications for the 2026 Circle of Excellence Club.
If you would like to apply for this prestigious club, make sure to include the application fee with your application when submitting.
The amount of the application fee is dependent on your choice of 1 of the following:
- $25.00 for a certificate
- $65.00 for a 9x12 plaque
- $85.00 for a plaque +1 tag for the current year. Additional tags will be $15.00 per year thereafter if applicant submits for the Circle of Excellence.
- $15.00 for tag only. Plaque must have been previously purchased.
The application fee along with the following pages listed below must be submitted with your application to the NEGBOR® office no later than 12:00PM, Friday, January 8, 2027. No exceptions!
* Cover Page: (found on the 2nd tab at the bottom of the Excel document)
* Details Current Firm/Details Previous Firm Pages: (found on the 3rd – 6th tabs at the bottom of the Excel document)
* Letter of Certification Page: (found on the 7th tab at the bottom of the Excel document)
* Don’t forget to include any verification materials such as closing disclosures that may be needed.
Realtor® of the Year Nomination: Do you know of a current NEGBOR® member who has exemplified significant involvement in humanitarian services & who has contributed to his/her community & the cause of Realtors®?

Broker of the Year Nomination: This is our first year in offering this award created to honor brokers who demonstrate exceptional performance, leadership, and community impact. To qualify the Broker must be a member of good standing within our board and must be the Broker of the firm in our records.
