Board By-Laws 

  • REALTOR® Members, Whether primary or secondary shall be: (1) Individuals who, as a sole proprietors, partners, corporate officeers, or branch office managers, are engaged actvely in the real estate profession, including buying, selling, exchanging, rentin or leasing, managing, appraising for others for compensationm, counseling, building, developing or subdividing real estae, ad who maintain or are associated with an established real estate office in teh state of Georgia or a state contiguous therto. All person who are partners in a partnership, or all officeers in a coporation who are actively engaged in the real estate profession withing the state or a state contiguous therto shall qualify REALTOR® Membership only, and each is required to hold REALTOR®Membership (except as provided in teh following paragraph) in a Board of REALTOR® wihtin the state or a state contiguous thereto unless otherwise qualified for Institute Affiliate Membership as described in section I (b) of Article I...
